Sarah kicked off her career in health care as an Auxiliary Nurse, but has worked in Finance & Accounting for the last 14 years. Sarah has always had a passion for health and fitness and finds the human body fascinating, so six years ago, she decided to go back to her interest in Health & Fitness and studied a Diploma in Diet & Nutrition, followed by a Diploma in Food Intolerance/Allergy Testing. As a keen runner & gym goer Sarah has had many sports massages in the past and decided to study the Level 3 Diploma & Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy with MSK Therapy Training in 2018. This increased her fascination with Anatomy & Physiology and has made her want to learn more & more.
Sarah joined MSK Therapy & Sports Injury Clinic in December 2018 and is looking at adding further training including Kinesiology Taping to her skills later on in the year. When she’s not in the clinic, she can often be found keeping fit in gym, boxing, running and lifting weights.
