Introduction
MSK Therapy Training will be what’s known as the ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data provided to us.
We process two types of data, as follows:
Basic Personal Data – name, address, contact details and similar
Special Categories Data – health related data in order to deliver safe and appropriate treatments and therapies to our clients
In order for us to process health-related data, we are required by EU Law to have EXPLICIT CONSENT which is obtained during completion of a Consultation Form.
2. Why we need your data
We need to process Basic Personal data in order to make appointments, arrange training sessions and communicate with clients and students regarding treatments, services or training. We also process Basic Personal Data of our suppliers and partners related to services or products provided to us.
We will not collect any personal data that we do not need.
2. What we do with your data & How long we keep it
All the personal data is processed by our staff using the Databases/System that we choose to deliver our services. Please see the table below for clarity:

No third parties have access to your personal data, unless the law allows them to do so.
We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of personal data. More information on this framework is available on request.
3. What we would like to do with your data
We would like to use your name and email address to inform you of any new services or offers. This information is not shared with third parties.
If you agree to receive this information, you can advise us in the Consent Section of the Consultation Form or the Training Registration Form.
4. What are your rights
If at any point you believe that the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted (if appropriate).
If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer to have the matter investigated.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe that we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office https://ico.org.uk/
