At MSK Therapy & Sports Injury Clinic we pride ourselves on the range of services available.  We don't just treat those involved in sports, anyone suffering from muscular pain can benefit from seeing ourselves. 


Prior to treatment, a consultation and assessment will be carried out for your own health and safety.  This is to make sure that what we provide is the correct treatment for you, or if we cannot treat you, we will refer you to the appropriate health professional.  After care advice and exercises may be advised to maintain or rehabilitate.  


All treatments are tailored to a patients needs and can include, but are not limited to the following services listed below.  


We provide treatments Monday to Saturday, covering from 10am to 8pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. Wednesday we are open until 9pm. Friday from 10am until 4pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.

Our Treatments

Remedial & Sports Massage

Remedial & Sports massage can provide relief from aches and pains that come about through repetitive movements, or periods of inactivity, be it sport related or non sport related.  


A variety of remedial massage techniques are used to assist with healing soft-tissue injuries, to improve your physical performance – and to help rid you of the symptoms of every-day stress.  Sports massage techniques help to rid your body of tight muscle, working with scar tissue and other injuries. It can reduce general fatigue, improve circulation and assists your body to produce a much better sense of well-being.


Common problems include back pain, a stiff neckfrozen shoulder, general posture and even headaches.  Remedial massage is also extremely effective for conditions like whiplash, sciatic type pain, muscle-related joint issues and all kinds of aches and pains. Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation ™®

Suzanne and Jayne hold Diploma’s in Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation & Articulation.  Please note, WE ARE NOT OSTEOPATHS.

These gentle techniques are used in tandem with any of the other services we provide and your therapist will discuss whether it is beneficial for your own needs.

Pre & Post-Natal Therapy

Suzanne and Jayne are qualified pre and post-natal therapy to enable the pregnant patient to carry on with treatment right through pregnancy using massage, Kinesiology taping, spinal articulation and after birth including post-natal exercise.

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology Taping is used for anything from headaches, foot problems and everything in between.

It can aid muscular facilitation or inhibition, carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, knee, back, shoulder, repetitive strain injuries and much more besides.

Active Isolated Stretching

Active isolated stretching helps the body to better repair and prepare itself for exercise and general day-to-day activities. It is used by massage therapists, athletes, trainers and various other professionals.

This type of stretching works in conjunction with your body’s natural physiological make-up to assist circulation & increase the elasticity of the muscle joints.

Medical Acupuncture

Medical Acupuncture is also known as Dry Needling.  This differs from Traditional Chinese Medicine as it is only used to treat problems that manifest from the musculo-skeletal systems.  If you would like further information about medical acupuncture, please get in contact.  

National Sports First Aid

Both Jayne and Suzanne are qualified National Sports First Aiders and can provide first aid at sports events by prior arrangement.

They have worked with athletes involved in all sporting arenas, from a novice to a professional level and these include; runners, cyclists, rugby players, personal trainers, triathletes and Scottish Premier League footballers.
