Pre & Post-Natal Therapy
Suzanne and Jayne are qualified pre and post-natal therapy to enable the pregnant patient to carry on with treatment right through pregnancy using massage, Kinesiology taping, spinal articulation and after birth including post-natal exercise.
Kinesiology Taping is used for anything from headaches, foot problems and everything in between.
It can aid muscular facilitation or inhibition, carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, knee, back, shoulder, repetitive strain injuries and much more besides.
Active Isolated Stretching
Active isolated stretching helps the body to better repair and prepare itself for exercise and general day-to-day activities. It is used by massage therapists, athletes, trainers and various other professionals.
This type of stretching works in conjunction with your body’s natural physiological make-up to assist circulation & increase the elasticity of the muscle joints.

National Sports First Aid
Both Jayne and Suzanne are qualified National Sports First Aiders and can provide first aid at sports events by prior arrangement.
They have worked with athletes involved in all sporting arenas, from a novice to a professional level and these include; runners, cyclists, rugby players, personal trainers, triathletes and Scottish Premier League footballers.
